The Rivers State College of Health Science and Management Technology is located in Oro-Owo, Rumueme in Port Harcourt the capital of Rivers State.
The college was established through a bill passed by the Rivers State House of Assembly and signed into law on the 17th of August 2001 by the former Governor of Rivers State Sir Dr. Peter Odili.
